July 2022: my poem, Lookout, won a 3rd prize in the the 29th Annual Artists Embassy International’s Dancing Poetry Contest.

October 2019: my poem, “Close to the Line,” was shortlisted in The A3 Review’s Monthly Contest.
July 2019: my poem, Solo, won a 2nd prize in the the 26th Annual Artists Embassy International’s Dancing Poetry Contest.
May 2019: Breast Cancer: A Poem in Five Acts has been listed as a finalist in the Eric Hoffer Book Awards.
